For the  "El-Khayyat Ceramic Factory" plant in YanbuRoyal,  Inea developed a masterplan of the area with a new design of the green areas, external projecting roofs for the car park and a new Hall for the factory.

Specifically, the main access to the  building is caratherized by the presence of a large glassed wall which is connected to a double high space. The tall projecting roof is held by three walls facing different directions to entice the customers to get inside and visiting the exposition area. For this project, Inea also developed a concept for a 'guard box': a building for the surveillance and the control of the transportation going in and out of the plant. It is a small building on two floors : the basement is a reinforced concrete box, the second floor is caratherized by a large space, a metal cage supported by two large trusses, which then lie on reinforced concrete partition walls on the ground floor.
