From a volumetric point of view, the building is similar to a stick(!) broken up midpoint by a protruding body which characterized the building main hall. The architectonic construction is structured on 4 levels, one of which is used as underground car park.

The main entrance coincides with a gridded volumetric structure, enveloped by a pierced metallic cladding. This element, a part from characterizing the entrance, is an element to shield the below area characterized by meeting points. Indeed, next to the entrance we find an open patio, characterized by the use of natural material, such as wood and stone, also by the greenery and the presence of a large water pool. Once you are in the building, you are in the main hall, a large space with full height where there are the receptions and where the vertical and horizontal connection originate from.

The building shell is characterized by a double aired facade. This technology guarantees an ideal bioclimatic environment in the building throughout all year.

The double pendulum... seismic isolators, set at the base of the building, guarantee maximum safety even on the chance of serious seismic events.
