The 'Khayyat Sea Resort ' project represents a good example of merger and fusion between the Italian and Arabic contemporary architecture. The garden and the swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the guests, the relaxing areas and the SPA, have been designed to be embedded in Jeddah’s seaside background, creating a private, exclusive and extremely luxurious environment. The complex is characterized by the presence of eight villas arranged over three floors, which look out onto a private garden, enriched by the presence of water. As Arabic's tradition wants, a special attention has been paid to the design of the lobby and the lounge, which represent the core of each residential unit.
