Design of a mixed - use building. The competition was organized by the municipality of the city of Nyon for the construction of a theater, offices and apartments of various sizes. The competition program was complex and binding both from a regulatory perspective and the distribution of space. The design choice was to create a unit volume but articulated in which the various functions are easily distinguishable. Particular attention has been placed on the relationship between the building and the square outside making the first permeable to the context surrounding it.
