Final design for the static consolidation of the structure of the underground thermal and fire proofing plant and escaping external stairs re-design.
The eight-story building is affected by a subsidence phenomenon that affect mainly the structures of the underground thermal and fire proofing plant. It was necessary divide structurally the two structures in order to release the coaction came from the differential settlement. Finally the two external escaping stairs have been re-designed to comply to the actual national regulation.
