Greenery and water are the two strengths of this project; indeed, the building has been designed to be able to enjoy the appealing views from the main rooms of the villa. The presence of many green areas and two water spots,  a swimming pool and a water wall, enriches the outdoors space, creating some real "episodes" where it is possible to stop and linger.

The main front shows a combination of full and empty volumes, which gives movement to the prospect and allow the creation of small terraces for private use, between the basement and the first floor.

On the top floor there is also a roofed area, conceived as a solarium and also a sauna with private rooms as wardrobe and changing rooms.
