Structural design and construction site supervision of the Italian Pavilion for the Universal Exhibition in Shanghai 2010 - Shanghai - Chinese People’s Republic.
A main skeleton was studied as a whole, made of distinctive parts as a result of urban features, constituting an “unicum” geometrically and structurally cohesive. The stainless steel structure of the Pavilion has been rewarded, by a commission of expertise of Shanghai municipality, as best stainless steel structure built in Shanghai in 2009.
