Final and detail design of the deep trough, cut and cover tunnel tunnels approach structures of the North Red Line of the Doha Metro – Qatar.
The North side of the Doha Underground red line, in Qatar, is formed by eight underground stations and by a sequence of penetration structures which allow trains to access the underground tunnels. The structures, with an overall lenght of 400m, were designed by INEA for Italferr S.p.a. They are composed of deep U shaped and propped trough and single and twin cut and cover gallery and tunnel approach structures, which host technical rooms and power substation. The commitment in terms of design was final and detailed design.
